Returns & Exchanges:

At Baby-Bliss store, we strive to provide the most detailed product descriptions possible so that you are not surprised when you receive our products.

We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.

 

Order Cancellation Policy:

We take pride in our ability to quickly process all orders placed on our site.

Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at contacto@gmail.com as soon as possible.

A majority of in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, so it is imperative that you contact us within this time frame, so we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.

Once your order has been processed, we will not be able to accommodate any cancellation requests.

 

Incorrect Address:

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the provided address and to contact us promptly for any corrections. Modifications can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses, etc.).

In such cases, the packages may be returned to us, but this is not guaranteed.

If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you a refund for your order minus the shipping costs, or we will offer you a reshipment, depending on your choice.

You are not eligible for reshipment or a refund until the package has been received by the sender.

 

Return Policy:

We accept returns* for any reason!

Whether you are dissatisfied or simply changed your mind. Our return policy is 30 days from the time you receive your products.

Sign it and send it with your package to the address we will provide when you contact our support team.
